REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMITTED PHOTOS:

1. Photos must be the original work of the student and must have been taken during the student's Athena Study Abroad program.
2. Each submission must include a description of when and where the picture was taken.
3. Each submission must include a title for the picture.
4. Each submission must include names of all known people in the picture.
5. Each entry must include your name, address, email, and phone number.
6. Digital photos must be no larger than four megabytes.
7. All photos submitted for the contest will become property of Athena Study Abroad, Inc. By submitting photos, entrants are agreeing to grant Athena Study Abroad, Inc. license for use of the photographs in any and all of Athena's printed and electronic publications. All decisions are final. The contest organizers reserve the right to disqualify entries that do not conform to the stated contest rules and criteria.
8. Please email all digital photos to photos@athenaabroad.com, or if the size is larger than 2MB, you can send files through the url: https://www.yousendit.com/dropbox?dropbox=athenaabroad (note you can send multiple files by continuing to hit "Select File" link).
9. If you are unable to send photos over email or the url, mail the pictures to:
