The school in Tuscania is located in an elegantly modern structure hidden within an ancient fortified building. It is situated in the old town center and is physically incorporated into the medieval stone walls.

The building has recently been remodeled to provide modern, light-filled studios and classrooms. The entry vestibule and meeting area opens onto an internal courtyard with street access.

The facilities also include a fully-equipped teaching kitchen for classes on Mediterranean cuisine through the Culinary Arts program.

The program actively uses the amenities of the town as an extension of the campus.
