Student accommodations based in historic and charming Kensington, just a few minutes walk from the Foundation House Study Center.  Student residential buildings in the Kensington area are usually mid- to late-nineteenth century converted townhouses. 

Bedrooms are fully furnished. The majority of students live in double-occupancy rooms, while some will live in single, triple or quadruple rooms. 

Common kitchens are equipped with utensils such as cookware, silverware and dishes. Metrogate Residence also houses a complete teaching kitchen.  Coin-operated laundry facilities are available at Metrogate.  Common living areas in each residence allow students to interact frequently with each other.

This large 111-bed well-equipped residence was created from three nineteenth century townhouses and is located just eight minutes walk from Foundation House and three minutes from the amenities of Gloucester Road. Metrogate houses the main FIE computer facility, and also has a fully equipped instructional kitchen. Imperial College sits across the road from Metrogate.  Rooms are cleaned and linen is provided on a weekly basis.  Access to Metrogate is up a short flight of steps from street level.  An elevator serves all floors except the top (fifth) floor.

This impressive 100-student capacity townhouse, a ten-minute walk from Foundation House Study Centre, comprises of seven spacious apartments overlooking Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. The superb residence is very convenient for Foundation House as well as the busy shopping area of High Street Kensington.  Access to Hyde Park Gate is up two short steps to the ground floor from street level. Access to other floors is by staircase.  Rooms are cleaned and linen is provided on a weekly basis.

Manson Place is a townhouse in the heart of South Kensington with a 150-student capacity. It has a variety of accommodation ranging from 2 bed to large multi-bedroom apartments. This residence is within easy walking distance of both the Foundation House study center and other FIE residences.  Access to Manson Place is up a few steps to the ground floor from street level. Access to other floors is by staircase. Mnson place is an easy five-minute walk from Foundation House Study Centre.  Rooms are cleaned and linens are provided on a weekly basis.
