ONLINE APPLICATION

Applying to Athena Study Abroad is easy, and the easiest way is online! You can get started in seconds. Just follow these steps:

• Select your program:Click on the "Apply" button to the right of the program listed below.
• Log-in: You will be asked if you already have an Athena Study Abroad application login. If you already do, answer "Yes" and enter your email and password on the next page. If you do not, answer "No" and on the next page, enter your email and your login information will be emailed to you. Once you have your information, log-in and move to the next step.
• Select your term:After you've logged-in, select the term for which you would like to apply.
• Complete application checklist:The next page will list all the items you need to be complete for your application. There are three elements to the application:
  • Material Submissions: Materials that you will either need to complete and send back, or need to have others complete and send back to Athena.
  • Recommendation(s): At least one recommendation is required.
  • Online Forms: Forms that you can fill out and submit online. These forms are savable for your convenience.

If you'd rather have a printed application in front of you, then this is the option for you. You can get a printed Athena application in one of the following ways:

  Students may download all of the forms necessary to apply for admission into an Athena program right from this site. This includes the application form, the study abroad advisor form, and the recommendation form in pdf format.

SENDING AN APPLICATION Along with the completed application, advisor, and recommendation forms, students must send four 2"x2" photos of themselves (with name on the back), an official version of the students' college transcripts, and a $75 application fee to: Once we receive your application, we will begin processing it right away!
