Athena's site visits are intended to introduce university study abroad staff and faculty to its programs, and provide first hand insight into how Athena facilitates programs abroad. These site visits are intended to provide thorough knowledge about the classroom facilities, housing accommodations, staff, and services available to Athena Study Abroad's study abroad students. Because knowledge is best gained through experience, our site visits are aimed at providing study abroad professionals with the necessary experience in our overseas host sites to best enable them to advise future students on the culture of the host location as well as the content and quality of Athena's programs.
The following are upcoming site visits with Athena:
Site visits are led by an Athena staff member, and these programs acquaint university administrators and faculty with cities their students explore while living and studying abroad. You will be able to see the actual housing and university facilities your students use, and meet Athena Resident Directors who work directly with the students.

Affiliates of Athena may request a partial institutional scholarship for their participation; funding is limited. Participants also may elect to register for site visits at their own cost.
Reservations can be faxed to (614) 416-6781 or mailed to Athena Study Abroad at 73 Mill Street, Suite B, Gahanna, Ohio 43230. Reservations will only be held once a $300 non-refundable per person deposit (payable via check) has been received in Athena's offices.
Athena reserves the right to cancel a trip if insufficient reservations are received by the respective deadline. Notification of withdrawal must be made in writing to Athena. Participants choosing to withdraw from the site visit may receive a refund of all payments, minus the non-refundable $300 deposit and any other non-recoverable costs.
